Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The studio apartment is neat, practical and comfortable. You can hear the sound of the ocean at night.
We have lived in the Blouberg area for over 20 years. I am a Real Estate agent and enjoy finding the right property for my buyers. Always looking for property to sell to qualified buyers.
We are situated 4 blocks walking distance 5 minutes to the popular Blouberg beach - Playground to kite surfers from around the world. The MyCity public transport is effective in this area. Popular restaurants and shopping centers. Quiet and peaceful with good security and Neighborhood watch
