Delaire Graff Lodges and Spa has elegantly decorated rooms and suites with modern furniture and Egyptian cotton linen. Each of the air-conditioned units has a Butler’s Kitchen, a separate seating area, and a balcony. Hōseki Restaurant: In Japanese, Hōseki means “jewel,” a name honouring the owner of Delaire Graff Estate and legendary diamantaire Laurence Graff OBE. An extensive a la carte menu with additional Omakase dining options – which translates to “I leave it up to you”- provides diners with a myriad of contemporary Japanese dishes from which to choose. Guests can relax in the spa and enjoy a variety of treatments, like hydro-massage baths and aromatherapy. A stunning heated infinity pool is located on the spa’s terrace, with a hot tub and large garden area. You can also choose from a variety of activities in the surrounding area, including hiking, horse riding and fishing.
