This cozy North Shore Waimea Bay Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sits on an oceanfront property just a minute walk away from two different world class white sand beaches. This home offers a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms as well as free high speed WI-FI, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, and Air Conditioning, a washer and dryer and private gated parking for one car. The cottage has beautiful garden views and is just a one minute walk away to the nearest white sand beach. The bathrooms, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans and furniture have been recently remodeled and updated. The green garden surrounding the cottage consists of large palms, plumerias and gardenias. The landscaping separates and provides privacy for both homes on the property. The cottage has an outdoor deck with a dining table and a BBQ. There is an outdoor shower to use to wash the sand off after coming back from the beach. Come relax in this wonderful cottage on world famous North Shore where you can bike, surf, snorkel, ocean kayak or just kick back and enjoy a drink overlooking the garden after you return from the beach. This home is centrally located in the most prime shoreline location of Oahu's North Shore. The ocean zone in front of the property is a spectacular, protected marine sanctuary teeming with coral, tropical fish and sea turtles. This is the best snorkeling and diving location on the North Shore. Short walking distance to the best beaches of the North Shore, Waimea Bay, as well as Sharks Cove and many Food Trucks.
