Delight yourself with spectacular water views from your private deck. From here, all you have to do is walk down a flight of stairs to dig your toes in the sands of Lake Michigan - there is a firepit available where you can gather with your loved ones for some storytelling as the sun sets in the distance. This family-friendly studio offers a small fridge with a freezer, a Keurig coffee maker with paper cups, sugar and creamer, and a microwave. Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV with cable. Please note that this property does not have A/C. THINGS TO KNOW No parties or events are permitted at this home. There is no kitchen. No smoking is allowed on the premises. The owners live at this property and is their full-time residence. There is a separate entrance. The bathroom shares a door with the owner's residence, but it's locked from the rental side. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. Please note that this property does not have A/C.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
