Experience the embrace of 12.2 acres of serene, mountainous beauty, shielded by a private gate. Drink in unparalleled valley views as you settle into a space where modern elegance dances with nature. (Blt. in 2023) Time is our most precious gift. Share it with your loved ones in the shadow of Yosemite's majesty. A freshly crafted retreat, waiting to cradle the memories of 10 cherished guests. Relax, unwind, breathe, solitude. A brand new modern Scandinavian inspired A-Frame built in 2023, on 12 plus acres with stunning views is located behind a gate on a private road. The home features a glass/light filled front wall with an awesome view which overlooks the valley below and has tons of privacy. Quartz countertops adorn the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stylish interior, European wallpaper, in a great location to visit the areas must do's. Relax on the deck, enjoy the solitude of the property that surrounds you, or visit adjacent Yosemite National Park, Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, the Chukchansi Casino, and so much more! In the winter months enjoy skiing at Badger Pass, located in Yosemite National Park. We hope this is a place you'll return to year after year for your annual trip with the family! Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, two Roku TVs that you may sign into your accounts with, a 3 hole frisbee golf course, horse shoes, a 1/4 mile hiking trail to a bench with a great view, a large deck with seating for 10, electric BBQ, and a kayak you're welcome to take to the lake (use at your own risk). The home has solar too! We also include Starlink Internet for the home with speeds up to 203 MBps.
