Enjoy breathtaking bay views from the newly renovated, furnished upper deck and lower-level patio at this 2,723-square-foot, daylight basement home with room for the whole family! Take a walk on the beach steps from the back door. Have fun crabbing or clamming and exploring the calm waters. This home is nestled within a quiet and peaceful setting that spans nearly a full acre of land and is surrounded by nature. Visiting chefs will love the well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops while resulting meals can be enjoyed indoors at the breakfast bar and the adjacent table or alfresco outside on the deck. This home also offers two living areas with sectional sofas and TVs to stream your favorite channels. You'll also find two rooms with desks and chairs - perfect for remote work or schooling. Additional amenities include a gas grill and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The fireplace is not operational.
