This light and airy space with all the modern conveniences is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, convention center, and so much more. Located near a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others. It has a modern kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee and selection of teas, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. The basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments are also included. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco. The property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home. Downstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa, 55" television, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar beside the dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. I love to travel and love the beach. Original from Cairo, Egypt my family moved to the US when I was 9. While I live in California, I prefer the beaches at Jax Beach and have been coming here for years on family vacations. We have a local host, Jacklyn that will handle any issues that come up during your stay.
This is a quiet neighborhood located between the Jax Beach golf coarse and the ocean. The neighborhood is relaxed and quiet. People love to take walks, jog, ride bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Since our neighborhood is mostly residential we do not host large parties and events at this location. But it is the beach, and you can enjoy cook outs with friends and dinners outdoors until late at night! We are glad if our guests are having a good time with family and friends and we are not worried about happy noise.
