2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, remodeled in 2020. Near Rockport beach, dedicated boat slip outside the back door. Everything for a romantic weekend, fishing trip or family vacation. Enjoy sunrise on the top deck, 3 HDTVs, 2 community pools, or afternoon drinks on shaded deck. Ground floor: Kitchen, dining, living, laundry, 1/2 bath Top floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 full restrooms. Let owner know if you bring a boat for additional info.
I enjoy taking my family of 4 to the coast and enjoying some peace and fun! We love this condo and are happy to share it with others.
The whole complex has recently been updated, including pools, boat docks, bulkhead, landscaping, tennis -pickleball court, and more. It is a wonderful, quiet, friendly place to relax and enjoy life.
