Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location, only minutes from kayaking and paddle boarding on the Russian River and close to hiking and bike trails. A 15-minute drive takes you to the coast or to a number of Sonoma wineries. Make use of the gourmet kitchen and outdoor entertaining areas, complete with a hot tub, picnic table, and grill. LIVING AREAS The inviting living room features wood beam ceilings and a 55in flat screen TV. Curl up by the gas fireplace with a book, or open the French doors to let in the fresh forest air. KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will enjoy crafting meals in the gorgeous, completely remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a wine fridge. Sip morning coffee and enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, plush new carpet, and plenty of closet space. The remodeled bathroom is stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities and features a large walk-in shower with a double shower head. OUTDOOR AREAS Spend leisure time on the spacious wraparound deck. Soak in the two-person hot tub, stargaze in a pair of Adirondack chairs, or sip a cocktail at the cozy outdoor lounge area with seating for four. A picnic table is the perfect place to gather for an al fresco meal prepared on the grill. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Parking is available for two cars parked in tandem in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. This rental does not have cable TV. Guests can access internet options via personal accounts or make use of the DVD player. Please no amplified music outdoors. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
