Private basement apartment in my single family home in Morrison, 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. Entrance through house front door with basement steps right next to the door. Quiet, safe, locked and secure space. Living area with pullout couch, lift top coffee table, 55' Roku streaming TV, dining table, and kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and sweetener assortment, and mini fridge. Bedroom with closet space, King bed, dresser, 32' Roku streaming TV, and charging stations on nightstands. Attached private bathroom with dual head shower, towels, toiletries. 200mb Wi-fi Free parking in driveway New A/C & Heat There are 2 cats on the premises that stay in the host's private area. Guests may encounter them when entering and exiting the space. Shared areas: Entrance to home through front door and basement space. Access to full, spacious, natural backyard with garden and trees. Full Washer and Dryer in the basement space.
