The Overlook is constructed to optimize the views of Mount Le Conte (the 3rd highest peak in the Smoky Mountains). It features floor to ceiling windows on both levels and 4 unique patio spaces from which to enjoy the flora, fauna, and natural beauty. Situated on a private lot away from other cabins, guests will enjoy nothing but serenity and uninterrupted vistas. Fully outfitted with smart devices, 'The Overlook' is designed to optimize the guest experience.

Neighborhood info

Located on Ski Mountain in highly coveted Chalet Village, guests will have the use of 3 clubhouses with seasonal outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts, a gym, a playground and other recreational activities. Just minutes off the Parkway guests can easily visit all of the attractions of Gatlinburg (10 min.), entrance to the National Park (10 min.), Ober Gatlinburg (7 min.) and Pigeon Forge (15 min.) Ski Mountain has windy roads that are narrow and steep at points. Use of an AWD or 4WD is advised when snow is forecast. The cabin has room for 4 parked vehicles.
