This is a newly built large custom home. Every room reflects the beauty of true craftsmanship by using exquisite stone, granite and Brazilian wood throughout the house. With the gourmet kitchen and plush furniture, you won't want to leave. Please note, there is no central air conditioning. There are ceiling fans and portable fans. Most houses don't have forced air bc of minimum hot days. This is a long-term rental of 30 days or more.
I love Tahoe so much, I built a beautiful home to enjoy it all year round. Come enjoy it yourself. It's next to EVERYTHING and still sits in a quite neighborhood next to the Tahoe Meadow and near the lake! I talk to them before and during their stay. Me or my property manager, Fidel, is available 24/7 for assistance.
It's walking distance from the beach and it backs the Tahoe Meadow. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. You can walk, ride a bike, take a taxi or drive anywhere.
