Ultimate outdoor relaxation awaits at this modern vacation rental in the Sunshine State! Unwind in the private hot tub, splash in the saltwater pool, or walk over to the dock and cast a line. Downtown Tampa is only 20 minutes away. The best beaches are close by, and don't forget to take the family to Busch Gardens! Later, return home for a movie or board game night.
Born and raised in Tampa, my wife and I love going to all the Florida beaches and traveling. We are excited to host this lake house that we completely remodeled for our guests to enjoy. It's so peaceful to sit out by the lake and relax in the swimming pool.
I chose this neighborhood because it's safe for families and kids. It's also 15 minutes to the Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes to downtown Tampa. It's central to everything Tampa and Lutz have to offer.
