Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Doubles, 4 Twins. Sleeping 10 people max. There is a excellent ocean view from this 10th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25” flat screen TV w/built in DVD players and a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water & ice and a Keurig. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is a gorgeous view from the balcony. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!
