Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point 20A is a first-floor condo that is located just steps from the community pools and beach access. This vacation home will offer guests a great vacation experience and partial views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats from your private balcony. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony. The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This condo is a great option for family getaways or couples! Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, 1 unassigned. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
