As a Miami resident for over 50 years, I have always enjoyed getting away to Key Largo for the fishing, boating, and relaxation that is unique to the area. Being able to share the Key Largo laid back lifestyle with other families from all over the world has truly been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. Over the years I have been able to meet so many people and share stories with them. They all seem to have the same things in common, they all love experiencing nature and the outdoors in a way that brings them closer together as a family. I'm married to a very supportive wife Charlene and have two great kids, Sofia and Fernando Jr. They all love the outdoors just as much as dad. I am a Civil Engineer by trade, having worked for 11 years at a firm in Miami primarily in the areas of Land Development and Highway Design. In the mid 90's I began renting out my second home in Key Largo to generate extra income and as the saying goes "The rest is history". I still keep my Engineering License active (worked too hard to get it) and have since obtained my Real-estate License. I'm presently serving as President at the Kawama Yacht Club and Secretary for The Mariners Club.

Treat yourself and your family to this unique 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Premier Plus Oceanfront Suite (1,900 sf Living Area + 250 sf Balcony) that was added to our vacation rental lineup for the Fall 2016. The unit literally has the WOW factor, the expression everyone has when you first enter and see the breathtaking views. As nice as the photos look, it looks twice as nice in real life. The Premier Plus Designation is due to all the high end features it comes with as well as the extra Den that can be used to accommodate two more people. Everything about this unit is top of the line and brand new. The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, 24" x 24" marble flooring, new Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture, new Flat Screen High Definition TV's in all rooms, spacious bathrooms with top of the line fixtures and granite counter tops, and best of all an epic balcony with access from living room as well as from master bedroom, with direct views of the clear blue ocean and over a dozen sailboats anchored just off shore.
