Welcome to Franklin Manor! Rest and rejuvenation await at this 18 room mansion, built in 1873 by former U.S. Congressman, Samuel Miller. Located in the Western Catskills, we are a short drive to downtown Franklin, Oneonta, Delhi, and Cooperstown. Country quiet, modern luxuries, and easy access to amenities makes for a perfect stay! Wellness is our passion so be sure to treat yourself to a massage, reiki, personal trainer or life coaching session during your stay (inquire when booking). A cleverly designed apartment means there are no shared spaces with the host or other guests - however a friendly chat or assistance is readily available should you be in need. Exclusively yours to enjoy are a guest reception area with free beverages and snacks, an Art Deco inspired bedroom with organic mattress and 100% cotton linens, a full bathroom with new soaking tub, and an elegant Wellness room reflective of the home’s Italianate architecture. Use the Wellness room to stretch out, take advantage of one of our self-care services, or create a second bedroom - let us know how best to accommodate your preferences. Take your adventures to the front patio for a morning coffee or indulge in moonlit relaxation on the property's West lawn to drink in the mountain views. In the afternoon, you may be lucky enough to observe the cows grazing next door. Beautiful landscaping and grounds bring a calm and meditative experience, providing a sense of tranquility and essential connection to nature. Free parking for two cars is available on the premises.

Located in the Western Catskills, we are a short drive to downtown Franklin, Oneonta, Delhi, and Cooperstown. SUNY Oneonta, SUNY Delhi and Hartwick College are within a 20 minute drive. There are numerous farmer's markets antique shoppes and eateries nearby - we're happy to make personalized recommendations to enhance your visit.
