The Ocean Bay Park ferry, beaches, and great local dining options are all within an easy stroll from home. THINGS TO KNOW Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
