I am a young professional who travels a lot for work and pleasure. I'm very outgoing, active (avid beach volleyball player), and really enjoy meeting new people. I am a long time AirBnB user and recent AirBnB host. I have been in Jax beach for 3 years and have absolutely fell in love with it. I look forward to sharing my home so that others travelers can visit my beloved city. I am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. It is a private entrance house, so if you want privacy then it definitely has that as well.

Location Location Location! 4 blocks from the ocean 5 blocks from Jax Beach Pier 5 minutes from Atlantic Beach 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic 20 minutes from Saint Johns Town Center Newly renovated & extremely clean. 48" TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, TNT, etc. The house is an old Florida beach duplex with a private cottage in the back. Guests will be staying in the cottage in the backyard. Completely private with fenced in backyard and private parking space. All travelers welcome!

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is extremely laid back. In Jax Beach, bikers have the right away at all times and there are a lot of us! You will see several people riding around on bicycles, especially on the weekend. I highly recommend riding bikes if possible, its the way to go! Parking can be difficult at times at Jax & Atlantic Beach but it is possible.
