If you want to try your hand at fishing, walk out on the private pier, or try our pond then enjoy our pool as you unwind from a day of activities. If you want to experience island life, walk along well-maintained sidewalks that take you from Fort Pickens to the Boardwalk or Casino Beach for nightlife. Sitting on the west end of Pensacola Beach, there will be no delay watching the waves crash on the sand mere steps away. If you want to venture out a bit, the beauty of Park West is a half-mile walk away. For a fun day trip of sightseeing and historic landmarks, don't hesitate to check out Fort Pickens sitting just eight miles west. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
