Incredible waterfront condo located right on the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. This 1BD/1BA condo can sleep up to 4 (an air-mattress can be requested in advance). The Condo comes with a private parking spot and has a free parking lot. Located on the grounds is a pool, hot tub, and fitness center! The Condo is directly across from a boat ramp and is just a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach and its restaurants! The building is right next to a marina to park your boats! Don't forget it's PET FRIENDLY! Luxuriously designed 506 Sq Ft, one bed, one bath oceanside condo just a stones throw from the crashing waves! The living space is SO large it comes with TWO pullout couches and a large Flat Screen TV! The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked making it the perfect set up for the Home Chefs and Foodies! The unit also has a washer / dryer and a GIGANTIC FURNISHED patio overlooking the water!
