***JUNE 2025 UPDATE*** We are open! Siesta Beach is Tripadvisor's No. 1 U.S. beach for 2025! Brand NEW 3 ton AC (July 2024) Pack 'n Play New Beds & Washing Machine & Dishwasher, 3 new HDTVs w/ YT 500MB Hi-Speed Internet Our condo is thoroughly cleaned before every stay. Besides our usual high cleaning standards, between every stay, the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning staff following updated CDC guidelines. Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, desks, toilets, sinks, etc.) Our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit has everything you need for your paradise vacation. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, glasses, plates, utensils, pots and pans. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas, buckets and shovels. Bay Oaks has a beautiful dock and grills/picnic tables. 1/4 mile to the beach. FREE TROLLY TO BEACH. Guests are permitted to use all access to the condo, the heated pool and clubhouse. Steps to the heated swimming pool and a one minute walk to the Bay where you can sit out and have drinks and relax, watching the boats cruise by and the dolphins play. Grills & tables and are also available to cook out and enjoy! The amazing amenities include access to a private fishing pier, private tennis court, billiard room, clubhouse, BBQ area, a heated swimming pool & short distance from world-renowned Siesta Beach with its white, powder sand. Owning a piece of the paradise became a priority and we are now proud to share that experience with you.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This property offers a higher quality than most rentals on Siesta Key. The kitchen is beautiful and the floor plan is very large. The location to the community pool and western views make this unit simply perfect. There is a FREE TROLLY that runs up and down Midnight Pass Road on Siesta Key. BAY OAKS is a very SAFE place to stay.
