This 3 bedroom 2 bath house has great covered deck space on two levels to take in the Beach Front views this property has to offer. A very comfortable property laid out with the bedrooms on the 1st floor and the living, kitchen, and dining on the 2nd floor to maximize the views. Come enjoy a quiet beach that is protected by Cape San Blas in the distance and miles of beach to explore. Floorplan: Ground Level - covered parking, outdoor shower, foyer, and pathway to beach. First Level - Bedroom 1 with King, TV, and beach front deck access; Bedroom 2 with King, TV, private full bath with tub/shower, and beach front deck access; Bedroom 3 with two twin beds; Shared Full Bath with tub/shower. Second Level - Living area with TV, DVD, Beach Front views, and deck access; Dining area with seating for 8 plus 4 bar stools and Beach Front views; Kitchen that is open to Dining and Living and Beach Front views. *This Property Is Not Pet Friendly* *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis.
