ACE Cabin - Meredith Lodging This cozy cabin sits just a block from Alsea Bay and is a short walk to a mile of sandy beach and you’ll also enjoy access to the seasonal pool at the Bayshore Beach Club, plus the neighborhood playground and tennis courts. This cabin will keep you cozy with its large couch and flat-screen TV and its beautiful bay view! This two-bedroom, two-bath home offers two Queen beds in each bedroom, and both queens have new toppers. Two full bathrooms and the master even has a jetted soaking tub. Full-size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Large screen TV with surround sound, and DVD. Views of the Bay and bridge, and a two-block walk to the oceanfront. The wood-burning stove is used only for the TV stand. Home is also very close to two of our other homes, Twain's and Amanda's. The garage is not available. Charcoal BBQ available - Briquets not included. Now has Wifi! Dogs welcome! MAIN LEVEL: ENTRY LEVEL Living, Kitchen, Dining Bedroom 1: Queen bed with full bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed Hallway: Full Bathroom *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office. *If applicable, pool and or other public spaces’ availability and fees are set by the local homeowner association. *The seasonal community pool is managed by the Bayshore HOA and not Meredith Lodging. Opening times, closing times, and availability are controlled by the HOA and not Meredith Lodging.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Any reservation that exceeds this will not be allowed to take possession of the home and will be nonrefundable.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

A credit card will need to be updated and provided to the property shortly after the booking is confirmed to be on file for all incidentals. Property check-in details will not be released until this has been completed.
