This is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy everything that Rancho Cordova/Gold River/Sacramento have to offer. At this spacious and modern home, your stay is whatever you want it to be. The options are endless-- You can enjoy a home cooked meal, American river rafting, American River bike trail, Downtown Sacramento, Rancho Murieta horse racing and others. The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, and luxurious bed/bath essentials. Please note that you must be comfortable going up stairs as all bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, salt and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes. - 3 Bedrooms Bedroom 1- queen bed Bedroom 2- queen bed Bedroom 3 (master) - king bed with Samsung Smart TV. (Can provide extra air-beds if needed for additional fee) - 2.5 Baths Bathroom 1- shower, toilet, sink Bathroom 2- toilet, sink Bathroom 3 (Master) - shower, tub, toilet, sink - Dinning Room Dinning table for up to 6 guests + (4 more seating at the island kitchen) - Other spaces Living Room- Loveseat, Chair + Samsung Smart TV Family Room – Loveseat, 2 chairs. Full size washer & dryer Nearby Stores: * 1-minute drive to: Sprouts Supermarket, Dutch Bros Coffee, and Handel's Ice Cream. * 3-minute drive to: CVS, Lowe's, Starbucks, Wingstop, Steve's Pizza, Chili's, Habit Burger, Panera Bread, Soho Sushi, and Beijing Café. * 5-minute drive to: Popeyes, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Target, Walmart, Chipotle, Jack in the Box, and Costco. Guest access You have access to the entire house except the garage and master's closet. The fireplace is not available to use due to safety concerns. HOUSE RULES: - QUIET HOUR 9 PM-8 AM - ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. - NO VISITOR. - NO SMOKING/NO VAPING ALLOWED (Penalty Fee 1000). - NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE. * In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed.
