The house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Sherman Heights, a historic neighborhood nestled within the charm of Golden Hill. Located just east of downtown San Diego, this location provides you with easy access to all the amenities of the city while maintaining a nice residential vibe. The neighborhood is comprised of historic Victorian, Craftsman-like, and Neo-classical revival homes.
