Ayvazovsky Hotel is located next to the Odessa Philharmonic Theater, in the very center of the city, a 5-minute walk from the central Deribasovskaya Street, not far from the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater. The Potemkin Stairs are in a 10-minute walk away. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hotel staff can help arrange excursions.
