    “本來預定站前民宿，換成火車民宿，換過去的火車民宿設備蠻新的，環境乾淨，沒遇到蚊子，空間也很大，有空調和電風扇，也有電視和吹風機，還有陽台及小衣架可曬衣！店家有提供租借機車的服務，詳情可以詢問店家，租車地點在附近 24小時可出入，但是晚上10點過後請小聲，避免打擾其他住戶休息 廁所的蓮蓬頭和水龍頭水力很夠 Cp很高，離潮州火車站很近，有機會會想再來”

    “旅宿在潮州站後口不遠處，但老闆要求改住位於前口之新館「火車民宿」。民宅樓改建，依裝潢風格研判，應與「車頭民宿」也是同一老闆，但設施較新。依簡訊將房費投入信箱後，換著拖鞋，開鎖入門。公共空間只有一坪大，設飲水機、冰箱。 雙人房格局有些怪異，是狹長形，壁髹白、綠，地貼瓷，拾掇整淨。入口處以推拉門隔出衛浴，最裡處開對外小窗，而後靠兩側置雙人床、單人床、皮沙發、置物架各一，壁面嵌掛平面電視、分離式冷氣，頗善用空間。二孔插座甚多，充電無虞，WiFi訊號也強。衛浴稍窄，供洗沐乳、浴巾、吹風機。”
