Please kindly note:
- The hotel provides a limited number of cribs and baby bathtubs. For Guests who wish to use these items, must notify the hotel in advance.
- Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
- The hotel does not provide extra beds service.
- The health club is closed for maintenance on the first Monday of every month. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna facilities open from 17:00 to 23:00.
- In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. Smoking will be a charge of an additional cleaning fee.
- Adjustment of executive lounge operating hours:
Lin Bar on the 1st floor is open from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 to 21:00; alcoholic drinks are served from 14:00 to 17:00.
Sky Lounge, the executive lounge on the 25th floor, is open from Saturday to Sunday from 13:00 to 21:00; alcoholic drinks are served from 14:00 to 17:00.
In order to protect the rights of all VIP guests, child VIP guests must be at least five years old if they wish to use it.
