Private Gated Secured Estate with outstanding Ocean and mountain views. The villa sits on over 1 plus acres, with private parking and swimming pool. Great for executive retreats, and family vacation. Non smoking facilities!

Private whole villa with "Spectacular Ocean and Mountain Views" on the Dutch side and 5mins from the French side Villa! Resting on one and half acres, with security and gated entrance. Come to this adventurous yet tranquil island paradise divided between France and Holland, a cultural fusion found nowhere else. At this Villa, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic at Guana Bay, with unparalleled view of French St. Bartholomey (St. Barts's) on the horizon. This nice private home with a remote controlled electric security gate has two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms overlooking Guana Bay beach. There is plenty onsite parking, wi-fi, cable, and air conditioning. There is a large private balcony and swimming pool where you can relax in the secluded splendor of tropical luxury. The villa is eco-friendly, allowing the continuous ocean breezes to flow throughout the house, supplemented by ceiling fans in every room.
