Welcome to The Chic Condo at Urban, where comfort and style blend seamlessly. This uniquely designed apartment features a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a dedicated workspace, and Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and unwind on the balcony. Ideal for up to 4 adults, this inviting space ensures a comfortable and memorable stay, perfect for short or extended visits. Book now for a laid-back urban retreat! House Rules:We kindly request to respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00), as well as the check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) time frames. Guests checking in after 21:00 do so at their own discretion. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for early check-ins or late check-outs. Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON. For stays exceeding 7 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest. Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day. Please note that we are unable to issue an invoice for your stay.

Urban Plaza is a new and vibrant residential neighborhood in Brasov that offers a unique living experience. Here you will find a wide range of amenities such as playgrounds for children, shops and beauty salons. Our apartment is located in this modern neighborhood, providing easy access to all these amenities and city attractions. It is only a 5-10 minute drive or Uber ride away from the city center of Brasov, where you will find a variety of tourist attractions such as The Old City Fortress, The Black Church, and Piata Sfatului and various restaurants, cafes, and bars. Also, our apartment is a perfect choice if you want to take the Drumul Serpentinelor trail, leading to the iconic "Brasov" illuminated landmark, perched on the Tampa Hills and if you want to take a day trip to Dracula Castle.
