My.property is located at corner area where you can enjoy the ocean view while relaxing.
I worked in the hotel industry for 15 years that is why I love to see my guests happy and satisfied my service. I love to take my guests, feel them important and valuable. I always make it a point that they feel comfortable and memorable during the entire stay so that guests will keep on coming back. Guests comments and feedback is very important to improve the service and to meet their needs and expectation. I am flexible and willing to serve my guests the best i can to be able to make them feel happy until they'll be keep on coming back that they called home.
Mactan Newtown is newly opened Condotel which is very accessible to the international airport going back and forth to the Mactan Newtown. The said location is just a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, church, groceries, atm and banks. Every weekend their are many activities to watch and enjoy together with the family while at the Al Fresco Restaurant. Their is Kids Playground where they can play and enjoy the facility safe and sound. Mactan Newtown is very safe to our guests and security on duty 24/7 inside and outside the property. Mactan Newtown is a number one tourists spot destination where you can enjoy swimming by the pool or by the beach. It has a 7star facilities where you can experience luxury living in the gym, sauna and spa. Mactan Newtown Ocean View is a perfect room for you to stay. It is located at corner area with overlooking to the ocean 360degree, with complete appliances, kitchen wares, utensils and cutleries.
