Coleve house is located at the back of Villa Sirocco Pajac Fuentes road. It is a Bungalow type apartment right next to the road right of way. It has a 2 bedroom with Full-size Double Bed with Premium Mattress, sheets, pillows and an airconditioned unit. A living room with 3 seaters sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. Please refer to the listing price for more than four guests. A separate kitchen area with airconditioned unit, complete amenities, such as the rice cooker, electric water kettle, fridge freezer, gas stove, microwave oven and a complete set of kitchen cooking wares and kitchen utensils. Unlimited WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and hot and cold shower. HOUSE RULES: Check-in Time: 3: 00pm onwards Check-out Time: 12:00 pm (We are very strict with the check-out time as we need to prepare the unit for the next guests, which includes but is not limited to cleaning and refilling essentials)

Our Apartment is very accessible to Primark center, Savemore supermarket, a walking distance to the wet market where you can buy fresh fish, vegetables and fruits, massage spa, 5 minutes away from the 7/11 convenient store, Gym, Pharmacy ,15 minutes away to all beach resorts in Lapu- Lapu City, 20 minutes going to Lapu-Lapu International Airport, 5 minutes going to Indiana Aerospace University.
