This home is modern and features large double sided windows that allow all day natural light and sun into the home. A generous outdoor grass & entertaining area allows this property to be enjoyed year round. Conveniently located next to a complex with grocery, dining, bakery and laundry facilities or a short 4-minute drive to Wanaka township. With heating & cooling on both floors this property is to be enjoyed in all seasons. This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes. A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property. Please enquire regarding larger groups or families travelling together as we manage other units in the same complex.
