Our team at Stay Waiheke all live, work, and raise our families on Waiheke Island and we know well what makes this island so special. We look forward to sharing our local knowledge and assisting our guests with all aspects of their stay. Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours. Please note: Guests are required to upload a visa or mastercard to the property managers reservation system within 72 hours of booking. The card details are held as security on the property in case of any damage. This is a condition of the reservation. Full payment is required 45 days before check in.

This picture perfect waterfront accommodation, perched above Takirau and Huruhi Bays takes in the serene views of the Hauraki Gulf and beyond. A two minute wander down your private track takes you to the waters edge offering safe swimming and a lovely spot to relax in the sun. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas at Palms on Kennedy Point offer plenty of space and encompass the delightful sea views. Bi-fold doors open the home from the lounge and master bedroom to outdoor seating areas. A second seating area with outdoor shower, BBQ and lovely new spa are on the lower level. The garden, with all its Palms trees, has been featured in the infamous Jassy Dean garden Safari. Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed. Please Note : Pets considered upon application. Written consent and a bond is required for pets. The bond will be charged to the card on file 7 business days prior to arrival and refunded to the card pending the property inspection within 7 days of departure.
