Recently awarded a Silver 4 Star plus award from Qualmark for Holiday homes, The official accreditation agency of NZ Tourism. Spread over 2 levels, this beautifully appointed home has been furnished and fitted to the highest quality, and with hour absolute comfort in mind. Comprising of four generous bedrooms, (1 x Californian King, 2 x Queen, 1 x 2 singles), flowing open plan living and dining space, 2 fully equipped bathrooms plus a seperate toilet. Relax on a cool Dunedin evening in front of the woodburner, and take in the breathtaking nightscape, or enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen for your family or group. There is a large dining area equipped with a heatpump and second TV for the kids In Summer you will love the sunny aspect of the living areas, as well as the upstairs conservatory. There is parking for 3 vehicles at the rear of the property accessed off Brown Street, this area is covered by CCTV cameras for your peace of your mind. This really is a home for all seasons, catering to the needs of couples, groups, or families seeking a luxurious home away from home, close to the vibrant city hub that Dunedin has to offer. This home is fully compliant with all local council rules and regulations. It has all consents in place to operate as a "Short term accommodation" This property will absolutely not dissapoint.

City Views on Rattray is located very close to the city centre. The centre of town is known as the Octagon, and is an easy 10 minute walk. The property has 3 off street carparks as well, which is a rarity in this part of the city. We are located close to the Dunedin Casino, as well as an array of Bars and restaurants which line the main thoroughfare of George and Princes Street. Various Museums and galleries are also within a moderate walking distance. Even by car nothing is too far away in the City of Dunedin. Many beaches, Otago University, as well as the world famous Royal Albatross colony and other wildlife is only a relatively short drive away.
