Hotel 115 is a 4-star contemporary boutique hotel with 37 rooms, located in the heart of the city just 3 minutes’ walk from Te Pae Convention Centre and 1 minute from Cathedral Square and the iconic New Regent Street. We are in the shopping district with many cafés and restaurants nearby. The city’s tram literally goes through the hotel, an original feature that adds a unique vibe to your stay. We offer a diverse selection of rooms, each varying in size and layout, including options with interconnecting rooms. All rooms are equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, and a private en-suite bathroom. Certain rooms feature a bathtub or a private balcony, while some include air conditioning. All rooms are furnished with a desk, except for the standard rooms. Please note, the entire property is non-smoking. Adult guests can enjoy the complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool, and spa facilities at the partnered property. We provide on-site car parking, dry cleaning, and laundry valet service with charges.
