My name is Gerda Hartkamp and have been backpacking in many parts of the world. As a result, I know exactly what you need if you need when you are away from home. My goal is to give you to give you a warm welcome in My Homestay and let you feel the hospitality of Harlingen. It would be great to welcome you soon.

Property information

My Homestay is a small but cozy B&B in a historic canal house built in 1617. Located at the most beautifull street of Harlingen. Although in the Citycenter, it is very quiet. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped. On the second floor there are two double rooms with each their own bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a single room which can be used as a double room. This South-room does also has an en-suite bathroom. Each room has a smart TV and there is a small sitting area to have your breakfast if you like. We have a shared kitchenette with a dining table. There is a coffee maker and kettle, tea and coffee are provided. There is also a fridge, an oven and a microwave for general use. The room price includes tourist tax. Along the canal you will find a picnic table for warmer days.

Neighbourhood information

Homestay Harlingen is located on a quiet street on a canal in the centre of Harlingen, a 5-minute walk to the ports and the ferry for a day off to the Islands. A 5-minute walk from the train station and the small beach. The many restaurants and shops in the citycenter you will find just around the corner. In short, the location is excellent.
