Property information
Luxury villa in an oasis of peace. Beautiful house at the water that is fully equipped. In the summer months there is the possibility to sail and take a dip in the clean water of the Vinkeveense Plassen. The perfect location to relax. A visit to Amsterdam or Utrecht is only 10-15 min drive. At night it's very quiet and during the day you only hear the birds and some passing boats. There is a beach club at 10min walking distance for a nice meal or a drink! Perfect for families, not to party :)
Downstairs:
The stylishly furnished villa was completely renovated and renovated in June 2019. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely sitting area, flat screen TV, a modern dining table and in the conservatory there is a wonderful chair to relax in.
Upstairs:
You will find 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a nice comfortable bed, enough storage space and are sleekly decorated to the last detail. The beds are made with fine hotel quality bedding. The bathroom is modern and has a wonderful rain shower. Towels are available.
