However, our team is always nearby if needed. Important House Rules Only guests who have successfully completed identity verification are allowed to enter the property. The house rules must be accepted and the arrival form must be completed before check-in. Depending on local regulations, a tourist tax or city tax may apply. The arrival form must be completed truthfully. Additional verification may be required, such as presenting a valid passport or government-issued ID. Minimum booking age: 25 years. The use of soft and hard drugs as well as nitrous oxide is strictly prohibited inside and around the building. Late check-out after 10:00 AM without prior approval will incur a fee equal to one additional night. Any form of harassment of others is not allowed. Strictly prohibited: paid sex work, criminal activities, selling, or any commercial use of the property. Candles and open flames are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in a fine of 250 per incident and immediate cancellation of the booking. For stays of 14 days or more, weekly cleaning is mandatory to maintain quality standards. A weekly cleaning fee applies.
