Red Pepper Guesthouse is only 50 meters away from the beach, close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities and GREAT SURF. You’ll fall in love with the comfort all within your hands reach. 5 minute beach walk to the famous Popoyo Surf Break, private roof top terrace, shared kitchen, private bath, free WiFi and more. Everyone is welcome from couples to solo adventurers to business travelers.
Red Pepper is a small guesthouse owned by a Dutch couple Marc & Mariken. It is located just 50 meters from Guasacate beach and offers 4 private, cozy rooms, that can each accommodate 2 people. Every room has one Queen size bed, a private bath, private roof top terrace equipped with hammocks and rocking chairs. This terrace is perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon siesta or sunset viewing. All guests have access to a shared guest outdoor kitchen as well as a communal garden. We offer complimentary filtered water, towels, toiletries and WiFi.

We are a Dutch couple and even though we live on the premises you will feel secluded in your private cabaña.
However we are always here to assist you in any way we can. From telling you all the secret surf spots to getting some fresh fish right on your doorstep.
We are located on an untouched 2 km strip of beach just outside of Las Salinas village. Our beach is called Guasacate and is in the Tola districts of Rivas. A true surfers paradise with famous Popoyo just 5 minute walk away, Magnific Rock, Santana, Astillero, Collorado and more a quick drive away.
Plenty of restaurants are just outside Red Pepper, from local fare to some more exotic flavors.
It is a quiet and sleepy strip of the beach where you can enjoy some of the best waves of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua.
