Please note that the hotel only accepts credit card payment in Macau local currency rate.
The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in. A deposit charge HKD200 will be imposed upon check-in.
Please note that a valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. No Virtual Credit Card will be accepted.
Please provide the correct English name on your passport at the time of booking. Other languages or abbreviation or nickname are unacceptable. Hotel will be unable to confirm the booking if the name is in other languages.
Kindly note that the hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorisation form together with the front copy of credit card and photo ID/passport of the credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days before arrival.
