A seasonal river is located right across the villa named “Petroshnica”, water flows only during the winter, spring and autumn. On a 10 minutes walking distance there is another larger river named Pcinja. This river has water all the time. Seasonal swimming pool is available for the guest to relax 8 x 4 m on a 1.5 m depth. The villa has its own separate garden where various seasonal fruits and vegetables are available. Large grass yard suitable for various games, perfect for kids to have fun. Outdoor roofed area with open sides of 60 square m where many people can enjoy beverages and food. Stone grill is also available. This area is all finished with tiles to include the area around the pool and around the villa.
Restaurant Fratelis Viziana - approximately 2 km (this property has zoo park, horse riding is available for guests of the restaurant. Restaurant Ento Selo Timcevski – approximately 3.5 km, this property has seasonal pool and spa. Restaurant Nevena – 1 km distance, these facility requires prior reservation.
