Each one has its own separate entrance, and all have the following: ensuite shower room, double bed (in the case of the largest apartment, a set of bunk beds as well), wardrobe, TV, air-conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen area. All apartments have a terrace with calming views of the surrounding hills and mountains - perfect for morning coffee or post-beach dinners! - as well as a shared garden area (including a table tennis table) and free parking. Approx. 1km from the nearest beach, and easy access to the centre of Sutomore (15 mins walk) - close enough to all entertainment and convenience stores but also suiting those who want some peace and quiet! Podgorica Airport is a 45 minute drive away, Budva a 30 minute drive away and Bar is just 10-15 minutes away.

Hello! We are a family of 4 who have been spending summers in Sutomore for the past 20 years, and we're excited to welcome you here. We hope you have a wonderful time - we've done our best to provide everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have several local beaches, all within walking distance (approx 15 mins) - 'wild' beaches Maljevik and Strbina, and also the main town beach along the promenade. For food and drink, there are plenty of popular spots in Sutomore itself, so you'll never run out of options! If you want to explore further afield and maybe tour some cultural attractions, the beautiful city of Budva is a 30 minute drive away and Bar (with its lovely Old Town ruins) is just 10-15 minutes away.
