Lovesick Hostel & Sports Bar Mpai Bay asub Koh Rong Sanloemis. Kohapeal on aed, erarand, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Baariga hostel asub mitmete tuntud huviväärsuste lähedal, M'Pai Bay rannast mõne sammu ja M'Pai Bay Wild Beachist umbes 500 meetri kaugusel. Majutusasutuses on ööklubi ja pakihoid. Hostelis saab mängida piljardit ja noolemängu ning piirkonnas on populaarseteks tegevusteks matkamine ja snorgeldamine.
