Located just a 5-minute drive from famous Takachiho-kyo Gorge, Imakuni Ryokan offers Japanese-style accommodation surrounded by tranquil nature. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Each room at Ryokan Imakuni is non-smoking and fitted with a tatami (woven-straw) flooring, a flat-screen TV and a low table with seating cushions. Rooms also come with a private bathroom, a hairdryer and free toiletries. A designated smoking area is provided on the ground floor of the property. Guests can purchase souvenirs and local sake at the gift shop on site. Drinks vending machines and luggage storage are also available. The ryokan is a 1-minute walk from Takachiho Bus Centre. Mount Aso is a 1-hour drive away. The closest airport is Kumamoto Airport, an 80-minute drive from the property. Please contact the property if you arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

Singapore«Small parking lots. If you drive a big car, you may have a problem parking. The owner was kind enough to allow us to park beside the hotel. Great location if you are there for the gorge. Is just 5 mins drive away.»
