The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from the waterfront and the central market, close to the train station, the port, city and intercity bus stops, and tourist information points offering organized canal boat tours. The Venezia district, the Mascagni terrace, and the marina are within easy walking distance. It's an excellent starting point for visiting Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and the Etruscan Coast. Near the famous beaches of Vada, Livorno offers rocky seas toward Rome and sandy beaches toward Pisa, although the city also offers the opportunity to visit the characteristic beach resorts. PARKING: The property does not have private parking, but free street parking is available from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM and at a municipal rate during the day.
