Located in the heart of the center of Viareggio, this villa has been renovated as per the original, maintaining the classic decorations and furnishings typical of the Liberty style of Viareggio of the beginning of the 20th century. 250 meters from the famous promenade, and therefore 4 minutes walk from the beach, our structure is also perfect for long-term stays, for large families or groups of friends. In fact, the villa, arranged on 2 floors plus attic, has a total of 9 beds (with the possibility of adding cots or extra beds) and 4 bathrooms. The house has an air conditioning system and free high-speed wi-fi, various TVs and all the electrical appliances necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Villa Simona is located 30 minutes by car from Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa and just 10 minutes walk from Viareggio station.

Neighbourhood information

You are in the heart of the city of Viareggio. In less than 5 minutes' walk you can reach the beach and the famous promenade, with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars. In less than 3 minutes on foot you will be in the market area of ​​Viareggio, also full of shops and venues of various kinds. Wide availability of fish and meat restaurants and pizzerias near the house, as well as the Maritime Museum, Viani and Palazzo Paolina. Pisa's Galileo Galilei airport is 30 minutes away by car, while the train and bus stations are 10 minutes away on foot. The structure, and the city of Viareggio in general, are located in an optimal strategic position to reach other wonderful places in Tuscany and beyond.
