Semi-detached villa with private pool and courtyard. Sleeps 6. Partial lake view. Ground floor: living room, kitchen. Floor 1: bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and balcony, 1 twin bedroom. Pool floor: studio with single bed + pull-out bed that makes it a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen. BBQ, air conditioning, Wi-fi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric car charging station, 3 parking spaces, 1 garage, pets allowed (extra charge). Only 750 m from the beach. Only 2 minutes by car from the centre of Colico. Only 20 minutes from Varenna and only 40 minutes from Menaggio. From Varenna in only 15 minutes by ferry you will reach Bellagio. Como and Milan only 1 hour by car.

Colico, only 20 km from Varenna. From the Villa you can easily reach on foot or by bicycle some services such as a tobacconist bar, a minimarket, a pizzeria only 5 minutes away, as well as the beautiful beach ‘Baia di Piona’ (10 minutes on foot), near which there are also two excellent typical restaurants. The centre of Colico and the Piazza del Lago (Piazza Garibaldi) are only 2.5 km away (about 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bicycle or 2 minutes by car). From Colico you can quickly reach Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como, St Moritz Switzerland, Bormio, Livigno. Milan about 1 hour by car. Connections: road SS36 Milan - Lecco - Sondrio. Railway line Milan - Lecco - Sondrio. Colico railway station. 1 hour from Milan, 1 hour from Como, about 1h15 from Bergamo and Linate airports and 1h30 from Malpensa airport.
