Meraki is a Greek word that does not have a real translation, but refers to when something is done with creativity and with a lot of love. The shortest translation that can be approached for the word Meraki is “essence of ourselves”. The Bed & Breakfast was created with the creative and innovative intent of giving guests an experience and not just a simple stay. Federico, the owner, has always traveled a lot and is passionate about photography; working in the photographic field he noticed that photography unites many people, some by profession, some by passion and some by curiosity. Furthermore, photography is the best method of expression that does not involve the use of words and, thanks to the fact that it is subjective, each shot is interpreted differently and is able to arouse multiple emotions in each person. Thus was born the "Meraki Emotional Experience", a real photographic museum inside the structure. We want to make you feel good, offering you an excellent stay and not only that, we want to be able to greet you knowing that we have enriched your spirit of life. With love and passion, Federico wants to demonstrate to guests that the structure represents the essence of himself.

Located on a lovely pedestrian street, our 1950s building was recently renovated between 2023 and 2024, offering a welcoming combination of historic charm and modern comforts. Our spacious rooms welcome you with a comfortable and welcoming environment, while our terrace offers a partial view of the sea where you can enjoy our delicious breakfasts and aperitifs. The exclusively pedestrian access guarantees a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, while the central location allows you to comfortably explore the beauty of Ortigia.
